I’m I’ll at Christmas for the umpteenth year in a row
I’ve also not been sleeping recently because of insomnia
So I finally get to sleep at a (more) reasonable time and it’s lush except I literally wake up 3 hours later

How you making out brother? I know insomnia can be a bitch, I have had it. I can be difficult to be around when it hits.

I got so I’ll that I started passing out in the early evening and waking up in the middle of the night

It’s the exact opposite of where I was before so at least it’s something new - and I just managed to get 7 hours sleep and wake up at 6am which while that’s not normal (for me) that’s way more reasonable than not being asleep yet at 6:30 am lol

I'm sure you have sought treatment, but I do have a lot of knowledge when it comes to sleep problems. If you have any questions, you can pm me. Quality sleep is critical to your physical, emotional and mental health. I hope you find a solution.

I am glad to here that you are getting some more sleep. I hope it continues to improve for you.
