powers is a sound pass protector, first off.
second, he isnt a drive blocker or a mauler, but a pretty solid positional blocker and reach blocker, he should be able to execute romans traps and pulls pretty well.

powers isnt a transformational guard, but he should be an upgrade. the key for him really is just getting in the weight room and getting stronger.

but what we shouldve done is taken phil haynes who is an absolute bully, HE is transformational.

It could be that we like him as a pulling guard in our system rather than the way we use Yanda at RG

Marshall’s a great value prospect - I think the dispute is to do with taking a corner
