When Kevin O'Connell wasn't retained as offensive coordinator for the Skins and instead they hired Scott Turner, son of Norv Turner, the stars started to align in Cleveland. McDaniels and O'Connell are very close and have been close from their time together in New England. I think McDaniels will be hired and KOC will become the OC.
Please be right because I want Roman to be here next year for a second consecutive Lombardi for Lamar.

Rams have a new OC as Rivera looks to bring his own OC into the mix in Washington.

New Defensive Coordinator too.

Uhh, I know lol. But I'm watching the 49ers who also had a first-round bye like the Ravens and they came out looking refreshed. Surely, Lamar, who's only 23 years old will be refreshed as well for OUR game. That's my point!

The Browns get the man they wanted LAST YEAR. Apparently they were set to hire him but Dorsey overruled to keep Kitchens. No wonder Dorsey hot fired this year.
yes, many people in the front office wanted Stefanski and Dorsey made a head scratching move. If I recall they figured if Stefanski allowed him to stay at OC, then another team would hire him as head coach in the near future. lol

Well here's some interesting details in regards to why Stefanski got the Browns job instead of McDaniels. If this is all true, this is a recipe for failure and Haslam is inching toward Snyder territory. I can see why McDaniels or any other coach interview would object to this.

- Stefanski presented a detailed vision of how he will approach the head coaching job. He made it clear he was willing to yield to certain DePodesta standards, such as an analytics person with a head set and access to the coaching staff on game days, in addition to certain Haslam likes, such as hours-long, Monday-after, owner-coach meetings.

- His willingness to work with coaching, analytics and ownership types in ways agreeable to DePodesta and Haslam were big selling points.

- As Haslam launched into the search, he said, “We are looking for a strong leader. One, someone who is smart; two, has really good football acumen; three; will work within the organization ... it is not ‘my way or the highway.’”

- McDaniels understood the risk of offending in his specific plans to change systems, in some cases dramatically. He took care to present his requirements as “the right way” as opposed to “my way.”

Texans plan to move forward with Bill O'Brien in charge as they will not hire a General Manager for 2020. Unless Bill O'Brien the GM plans on firing Bill O'Brien the Head Coach, the Texans will waste another season with him.
