At least we traded away Chris Wormley & 2021 7th to the Steelers for a 2021 5th round pick.

I just dont have a good feeling about what we've done. We're old enough on Defense as it is. Bringing back jimmy smith and trying to bring clay mathews in? The NFL isnt an old mans game

the chris wormley move saves us 2m against the cap and basically moves us up 2 rounds in day 3 - fine with that - 7th round picks are basically worthless except as priority free agent picks - you have an actual chance of picking up a real life player in the 5th round lol

9 picks now all in the 5th round or higher is pretty great

wormley was the odd man out on that defence with campbell and brockers coming in and brandon williams already being here - and now with jihad ward back also it makes wormley basically completely expendable

and you're complaining about age but the way you get younger is by drafting players... we have 9 picks and 5 picks in the first 3 rounds - we're going to add young talent to this team

Young talent is what the draft is for, clay Matthews is to fill a need with a relatively decent veteran player for not too much money.

Well trading Wormley and drafting his replacement, which quite frankly would be incredibly easy, would make our Dline younger would it not?
