Ravens Ring of Honor
1. Nobody is going to come here for an offensive coordinator. I don't care who it is. If they're coming to Baltimore, its because a) they like the culture/want to win and b) whatever they're getting paid is pretty close to what the market value is.As tough as the playoff loss was the positive out of all this is we got DeCosta. The guy isn’t a moron he sees all the holes the team has and understands the window for success. I have full confidence he will work some magic to get some good players in.
I think bringing in a new offensive coordinator will help his case convincing offensive talents to come to Baltimore. Otherwise it’s up to the almighty dollar to convince guys and that’s something we lack

2. As I addressed earlier... I don't see many math equations that involve us making a "splash" WR signing in FA in 2021, while also retaining one of the two "top" edge rushers who are UFAs (Judon or Yannick). I just flat out don't see it happening.
So the "big time" receiver who is joining the Ravens in 2021 is either coming from the draft, not coming at all, or coming at the expense of pretty much your entire pass rush group.
2022 or 2023.... we'll see.
