Well I know that I got some muscle soreness in my hip a few weeks ago at work, and I kept going, running around with the kids at practice, working etc. and 2 weeks later I’m 99% certain I have a mild case of tendinitis and it hurts like a bitch to do literally anythingI may be overblowing it, but I've honestly never heard of rookies going to the locker during these things with muscle soreness as a common occurrence. Just seems very weird.
