Waiting on covid results, my stepdad is also sick with something very similar, and according to 2 doctors we’ve spoken to there’s a lot of shit going around right now just like this, if Lamar has anything like what my family has, and he’s in the bad stages of it, he’s not playing tomorrow.

Update on this, they’re both almost fine now. Bro I swear I’ve never seen my wife so sick, it came on in a span of 12 hours, the baby had RSV just a month and a half ago and at it’s peak he wasn’t as sick as he was last night, now they’re almost fine.
