Bruh how can you make the assumption I didn’t know who he was? I wanted him bad and when he went to Buffalo all I thought is fuck that makes sense. Only you could turn scoring 4 tds in the playoffs into a negative..

he assumes that because he doesnt engage with draft stuff that none of us can possibly know any of these players

I wanna see jones get a lot of playing time if mad dnt do shit again

madubuike was really good last year... i want him to play more snaps not less lol (and i want to see him pin his ears back as a pass rusher)
jones can play all over the DL but he's not a madubuike replacement... they've got different body types and play styles

i think in an ideal world, by the end of the season Jones takes over from Pierce (who's still heavily in the rotation), Madubuike has solidified 3t and is now the primary IDL rusher on passing downs and Campbell's had lots of rest being spelled by everyone else so he's fresh down the stretch

Not sure if this means Wolfe is out or if it's just insurance based on his injury. Either way it was a good move to pick up Urban.

Would love to see us trade Powers if at all possible and whatever other things we can do to free up a little money.

Would feel really confident in the team if we can add 1 vet corner and 1 vet WR.

The thing is that Travis jones is also a 3tech as much as he is a nose. He’s gotten a lot of talk as being the Brandon Williams replacement but odds are he and madubuike are gonna be a pass rushing interior tandem for the next few years at least
not that I'd expect it, but I've even seen Jones play 5t on occasion. The media that basically talks about him as a nose tackle doesn't know what they are talking about.

not sure he's gonna rush much outside the 3 but on running downs he's probably a 0-5t flex defender depending on situation and playcall

LOL because its just one game. Why didn't he score like 50 TDs last season if he's a 4 TD a game guy?
Because he's not. You'll literally never see him do that again. There's guys that do 1,500 yard seasons that struggle to get 4 TDs.
If I paid you a million dollars and gave you a full year to come up with the absolute best argument that Buffalo has invested more in "weapons" than the Ravens have, you couldn't do it. It would still be a bad argument.

I wonder if Nelson Agholor would be on The Ravens radar . The Patriots traded for Devante Parker and then drafted a receiver in the second round while both of their other starting receivers were more productive than him. I guess it would make sense with Tee Martin being his old position coach in college.
Maybe if he gets cut. He'd have a $9M base salary in a trade. That's like 3x what I'd ever pay him on the open market.

No I just assume if you're slobbering over a guy based on literally one football game, that you probably weren't really slobbering the guy much before that.
Since I'm confident its not an assumption at all, you all can feel free to post screen shots of the comments section you guys had during the season when you were all salivating over Gabriel Davis and how great he was.
I'm not expecting this...
I'm sure he was on everybodies draft radar. Good for you. I haven't heard anything on him in two years since he got drafted though until, of course, he has a career game. Now all of the sudden he's a great player.
The fan reaction has a lot of Marlon Brown feel to it.

im not gonna do it for you - but you can find posts of us talking about gabriel davis as a good contributor from before the 2021 season even began - if you look through the offseason thread, lots of us were bemoaning back then the fact that we passed on him

it's on you that you havent noticed him
he put up nearly 599 yds as a WR3/4 as a rookie...
and then backed it up this year with another 550 despite being pushed down the depth chart by emmanuel sanders... and then showed up huge in the playoffs and ran one of the most eye-catching routes of the season vs l'jarious sneed in that playoff game

no one's talking about him as a WR1 or superstar - but the idea that because you didnt notice him that others cant possibly have is massively hubristic lol

Serious question. Why is it that you have to be right every time? It is almost megalomaniacal, the intent of your posts. They have this air of defiant and dismissive superiority. Not that you are right or wrong about the content (I don't know), but the way you go about brandishing this air of football knowledge superiority confounds me.

.........Hes a merman......a mer-MAN
*cough cough cough*

My favorite comedy movie. So many great lines haha.

When i scrolled through YouTube for Hamilton film and saw this thumbnail, immediately thought of “MAGNUM!!”
