I want Sean Payton.After Roman leaves, find someone from college who is youthful and hungry. I want someone young for Lamar
I'm just not sure there's almost any animosity towards Roman from Harbs perspective. At worst through 11 games we've been leading by 9 points in the 4th quarter. At best by like 21. In all 4 loses we've had to lose 2 score leads in just a few minutes. I think if there's any source of frustration it's towards the defense. Because in addition to blowing it 4 times already, they're the more talented side of the ball!!!! The offense hasn't had even a single fully healthy game this year. Just like last the whole things been fucked. But like last year despite the defense being the healthier side, they are playing bad.After Roman leaves, find someone from college who is youthful and hungry. I want someone young for Lamar

Has to be the HC for that, and Harbs ain't going anywhere lolI want Sean Payton.
I'm willing to bet a lot of money that's exactly what he thought after he interviewed Kyle lolHarbs (during the interview): *this guy is a genius. His plans are so innovating! How did I not think of that?!* …Sorry, we’re gonna go in a different direction.
Front Office forces this issue just like they did with Kubiak who i think was listed as Assistant Head Coach.Has to be the HC for that, and Harbs ain't going anywhere lol
I figured there would be growing pains on the defensive side of the ball. Maybe not as many as we've seen, but growing pains nonetheless. Roman has been calling stale ass plays with receivers running into each other since he got here and him and Harbaugh owe Lamar for their jobs. The Steve-EDC-Harbaugh connection is just too tight. Like something disastrous has to happen like Lamar leaving and Harbaugh winning only a game or two and losing the locker room in the process. Dude's seat was really warm before he switched over to Lamar, though. That was the chanceFront Office forces this issue just like they did with Kubiak who i think was listed as Assistant Head Coach.
Trust me I actually want to see Roman leave for no other reason than I'm actually really interested to see what LJ looks like in a different system. I just don't think for the second year in a row that Roman really got a fair shake on things from a roster construction and injury perspective. And despite that 2 years in a row, I still think he's been the better coordinator compared to the guy on the other side of the ball.I figured there would be growing pains on the defensive side of the ball. Also, I'm calling for an #SIIE for Roman to take his dream job at Stanford. Would be a GREAT opportunity for him!
@Dom McRaven
I want to give him the benefit of the doubt, but then I look at what he did in SF with a PLETHORA of talent on the offensive side of the ball. It was all the same issues he's having here. I truly don't think roster construction has anything to do with him as much as it has to do with LamarTrust me I actually want to see Roman leave for no other reason than I'm actually really interested to see what LJ looks like in a different system. Well I'm trying to remember. In San Fran he had Karpernick and a pretty good surrounding team. Good run game and Vernon Davis and a young Crabtree etc. He took that team to the SB. And honestly one controversial DPI no call away from winning it.I want to give him the benefit of the doubt, but then I look at what he did in SF with a PLETHORA of talent on the offensive side of the ball. Whomever lions playcaller is… mark him down tooI would love to get a younger and more offensive minded coach in there. Loved Harbs time with the team but we need a change, he should have been let go with Joe. In no particular order:
Brian Callahan- Bengals OC
Kellen Moore- Cowboys OC
Shane Steichen- Eagles OC
Probably be all power read option and rpo shit, it’s college. Tbh he could probably call a really good college offenseI feel terrible for the poor college kid trying to relay his long ass playcalls
