Sheesh. Can't believe Ryans went to Houston
Bit of a full circle moment for him as he was drafted by Houston in 2006, then worked his way up through the coaching ranks to Head Coach.

2006: Drafted by the Houston Texans in Round 2
2012: Traded to Philadelphia
2016: Released by Eagles....
2017: Hired by San Fran as Defensive Quality Control Coach
2018: Promoted to Inside Linebackers Coach
2021: Promoted to Defensive Coordinator following Saleh taking the Jets job.
2023: Named Head Coach of Houston Texans

Listen if that's what they are giving out for coaches then I say trade John and bring in a fresh HC with his OC. Use the picks to get Lamar weapons and CBs.
Lol I’m with it

Breathe, sir. Welcome to the Dark Side of the Moon. Our Ravens love draft picks... so one or the other is gonna be out, imo. I just think the more likely of the two is the guy who is going to cost the most, but I would gladly part with both of them to get picks for EDC.

Here's the thing. Trading Hollywood last year was hard, but it was a net gain. A HUGE net gain if they manage to resign both of these guys off of their rookie deals. Nobody talks about THAT. Hollywood was going to ask for top money and we wouldn't have given it to him. Bye. And we got a 1st rounder that was parlayed into two?! Do that shit whenever you can and twice on Sunday.

No player or coach is irreplaceable. And when you get a commodity like draft picks to replace them it should be all go... when you have a quality front office that clearly gets it and demonstrates it. How did that mid-season trade for an inside LB work out? Trust in EDC.
