Dam bobby wagner released
A year later lol. Wagner wants to win and Rams need cap space... go figure after trading for players who you had to pay and having no draft capital, it was bound to implode on them.

I know it means we wouldn't have had Roquan but at least Wagner would have saw 2-3 years with us and not be cut after one year.

Um.... what does this mean? This was tweeted right around the news Wagner was released.

He knows he’s getting replaced with Wagner. Wagner and Roquan, who says no

Wagner is so good still. lol imagine having cap issues *looks at Lamar's price tag and faints*

I see Harbaugh makes all his decisions involving family. His sister Joanie is married to the former UGA Basketball coach and suggested to John we talk to Monken. So when we win the Super Bowl this year... we can all thank Harbaugh's sister.

I’ve seen enough.

this has us trading Lamar and draft TWO CBS in the first round. I gasped... these guys get payed to write that?!?

Then says at the end of the joey porter one…

Yes two of the top CBs for the ravens in round 1… but then doesn’t explain anymore than that lol

I already posted that
JSN WAS ON THE BOARD
So I obviously don't think it would play out like this, BUT, it would also be very Ravens-esque to do that if it happened. Assuming Peters isn't retained, one Corner isn't a need. It's probably multiple. Much in the same vein that Safety wasn't a big need last year, and we still took Kyle Hamilton.

Also would point out that, in this scenario, I'm not sure there's tremendous upside in taking a first round WR who's going to be catching passes from Tyler Huntley or some other cheap veteran who's not Lamar.

Not to mention that IF we traded Lamar, for all we know, we may have invested in WR via FA or trade market. I've asked before, but regardless of what happens to Lamar, if we're able to land a quality veteran via trade (like a Hopkins, Evans, etc.), are people really going to be projecting WR in the first round to us still? So we're going to trade for a veteran, have Bateman and Andrews in house, AND add another first rounder? Do we get to play with two footballs then? At least one or two of those guys isn't going to be productive.

bro, why do you have to turn everything into a "hot take" do you think DeCosta is stupid?
yes, you probably do.

What part about my post indicated he was stupid? I'm suggesting he's not.
I'm suggesting there's plenty of situations that would arise where taking two Corners in the first round actually made plenty of sense, given the needs on the roster.
