Overhaul depends on how you look at it.
7 guys basically got 40 targets in the regular season... Flowers, OBJ, Andrews, Bateman, Agholor, Likely and Hill.
Only OBJ and Agholor are true FAs, and Agholor wouldn't be expensive to keep.
I also think trading Bateman isn't completely off the table.
late round picks isn't going to be good, but the early rounds still could be decent. Strong draft with WR, OL. EDC will find a way.
we said similar this year, just replace Stroud with Lawrence...
AFC is gonna be a "gauntlet" every offseason with the QBs in the conference
I agree 10 or 11 wins and should set us up well enough to get into the playoffs. Then you never know what happens from there, but we do need a couple seasons of drafting to fill some holes and get younger.
We still have a really good core and I can't see Madubuike not being extended. He may need to be franchised first, but I do believe he gets extended at one point.

Generally agree except Gus and Ya-Sin. I personally don’t have a lot of interest in retaining Gus. Ya-Sin seems like a sure walk.

I want both Gus and Dobbins gone. Justice can stay
Some people don’t want to hear it but Gus was generally unimpressive this year. I guess I’d never say no at the minimum but I have no interest in paying a guy more than that with how much explosion he’s lost. It’s only going to get worse.

Maybe Gus didn’t consistently play at an all pro level, but he did have more than twice as many TDs as any other player on the team. Guessing that will be worth something when it comes to making a decision about his future here.
feel so bad for him, but Keaton Mitchell is who we truly needed yesterday. Would have made a huge difference.

A majority of them were short yardage though
I think there's some value there but anything more than the minimum (or maybe slightly over) doesn't make sense to me. The juice is close to running out and it's very obvious.

Ya-Sin and Gus were guys I don’t disagree with you on but I really don’t think Gus costs much. If he does then see you later my man. Ya-Sin is another I think won’t have a big market and I wouldn’t mind him as a camp body or competition but again if he’s expensive then nah. Neither of them are really must signs but I think having Gus on the cheap and Mitchel with Hill is a solid group for competition before you add to it. Overall our RB room needs a massive overhaul. I’d say the same for CB too.
I really hope that the team takes care of Zay this offseason
He looks like a real superstar already in year 1 and they need to stop him from going to that dark mental place
Him in year 1 already is clearly a piece to not only be optimistic about but actually build a passing game around
