The Gameplan, the Identity, and Nate Wiggins’ Hands

I also still feel validated in my thoughts about Ricard a couple of weeks back based on how they were using him at the time...

But now that we've started to build an offensive identity, he's become a huge part of the offense again. They've found a way for him and Henry to co-exist without telegraphing everything we're doing. And Ricard continues to be a fucking dog... out here pancaking 2 guys at a time.

With Henry it would make even more sense to have Ricard. Not sure what the hell they were thinking the first few weeks especially with the O-line issues we have.

This team has the talent to compete. But it cannot be overstated that in an NFL where greater than 80% of games are decided by 8 points or less, singular play mistakes will dictate wins and losses.

Right now we're showing even in wins that we can't play a clean game. Weirdly we can't even play an average game with respect to penalties. We're the worst team in the NFL in that category. That's just something that a SB winning team will never be.

Generally Lamar has taken very good care of the ball. The rest of the offense needs to play cleaner.

Pat has always been a favorite of mine, ecstatic that he remains a key piece of the offense. I get a stiffy every time he's rolling out in front of the ball carrier mauling anyone in his path. lol

Adding all the new pieces and zero preseason game time, it was always going to be a "work in progress". What's really exciting is the passing game avenues that will open up as things progress, still plenty of untapped potential.

So we gon talk about that Harbaugh timeout or nah

I do wonder if not for the Van Noy strip sack where this game ends up. We had lost the momentum and Bills were dominating on both sides of the ball. Allen bailed us out along with some bad play call. Tried to be to cute
