i used to not mind him but this season has jaded me in his direction
i really want us to put the steelers down on SNF in a few weeks just to see if he can come up with anything to say
it's surprising that he kisses the steelers asses so much given that he spent his entire career as a bengal having been an ohio native - maybe he's jaded and the steelers are the closest he gets to a super bowl... im clutching at straws here - why is he so nice about the steelers? its infuriating

I think their secondary is just surrounded by players who are good or solid. No Elite or Pro Bowl talent there. They really just execute really well.

except they consistently dont execute well because they give away huge plays all the time

pro bowl maybe but all-pro? no way - cam hayward has been great this year but only borderline pro bowl level, stephon tuitt has been really good but not elite level and ryan shazier is great when he's on but can also be off (he sometimes gets washed out of running plays and can miss tackles and lack awareness in coverage - a lot of his flaws get papered over by his incredible speed and good hands)

and if im honest i dont think the steelers defence has been that good this year... they've been held up as good but they've really been average as a unit

All-Pro talent, not saying they're making the All-Pro team. I think Hayward and Tuitt are great players and while there are players better, but I don't think they're just Pro Bowl players. Zuttah made the Pro Bowl so I don't think they belong on that level.

Shazier is usually inconsistent but he looks great this year. He's an impact player there and if he were to miss games then their defense might seriously fall off.

I like good football whether it comes from the Steelers or not. Except when they play us of course! I like their fight til' the end spirit. The Ravens need that!

Coming into this game they had 9TDs to 12INTs, and have limited opponents to 190.0YPG, you don't do that by having a piss poor secondary.

zuttah's a phony probowler and the probowl is a joke anyway
but i wouldnt say cam hayward is anywhere near akiem hicks or mike daniels or aaron donald or fletcher cox level of play
tuitt certainly flashes like he could be that good and he may well be getting to that level but he's certainly not there yet
shazier does look great but even on a down game CJ looks better, bobby wagner is better, kuechly is better, telvin smith is better among a few others - if he were consistent hed be in the conversation but consistency is half the battle
