Im afraid of the growing pains from the cornerbacks the coming weeks without Jimmy Smith but excited to see if those draft picks pan out. Humphrey, Canaday, and Hill now is your time to shine.

My hope is that most of the growing pains occurred after jimmy went out vs the lions

Anyone else notice the Steelers and Bengals have franchise wide receivers named after colors. Green and Brown. What wide receiver is the Ravens going to draft in 2018 that has a last name of a color?

I never gave that the slightest thought. I also don't know any college players so I'm gonna have to make something up...

How about a guy with a name like Allen Black or maybe Archie Violette so Baltimore can have a WR whose first name starts with "A" too?

Violet would be optimal, of course, but "Flac to Black" would have certain ring.

That’s the guy that hit Brown? That seemed pretty cut and dried, egregious blow to the head.

I meant the fact that the nfl seemed to suggest that it was the action after the hit that was the key reason he was suspended

On that justification iloka is hard done by - not the fact of the hits themselves - that being said they both deserve the punishment

Except for the Steelers winning this game really went our way

Harbaugh has proven that he can effectively injure his way to the postseason. That said my thoughts are prayers are with Shazier after that hit.

But man last night proved that Harbaugh, the serial injurerer, is only growing more powerful. HE HAS NO SHAME.

AB put up 101 yards despite his toe injury, yeah sounds like AB went to the Big Ben School of Exaggerating Injuries For Useless Drama. Don't think he's actually hurt, just another drama queen in the making. Let's see how injured his toe is after Suggs steps on it with his cleats.
I remember him throwing a tantrum earlier on the season against us because he wasn't getting the ball enough. He's already a drama queen if you ask me.

it was funny he and big ben being drama queens at each other last night too - at one point antonio brown got pissed off that big ben didnt see the coverage the same way as him, and then later in the game brown ran a route that big ben didnt like/didnt catch the ball and big ben chewed him out right back - add to that big ben rolling around and wincing pretending to be really hurt just so the cameras would be on him when he got back up so that they could fall into his trap and call him 'tough' - he was still on the field for the 4th and short

and just like that, it is steelers week.

This game needed no hype. It needs no explanation.

We will be heading into pitts-burgh without Jimmy and that is a HUGE disadvantage, but not insurmountable.
I think we know enough about what we are getting into that compensations and adjustments can be made.

I don't see us getting a shutout, but I see strong potential for a win in pitts-burgh.

Funny. This is the game that cost us playoffs last year and has the potential to this year as well. Like last year, offense is... a work in progress and surprise, surprise. Jimmy Smith is out again. It's time to see if those additions on defense (which seems they were made for the Steelers) will pay off.

Well, they added that sentence after talking about the hit, but I don’t think they suspend him if hadn’t stood over him like that. Considering the other injuries during the game that kind of forced their hand from a PR standpoint. But I do see what you are saying.

He is that, but he’s an amazing talent that catches pretty much everything he touches. Wish the Ravens had a guy that could do that.

This and the Cinci game. The schedulers know the division.

It grinds my gears to hear AB say Juju's hit was karma. Was it karma that Shazier got hurt after the hit in the playoff game? It's unfair and despicable to say that crap was karma.

I agree. Shameful thing to say.
I also dont like that juju and gronk both got suspended 1 game. If thats the case, gronk should have gotten a worse punishment

He also got Juju suspended!
