Alright just wanted to post some strange things I was thinking about.
During THE YEAR 2004, all of the following players were on our defense at some point or another during the year: Ray Lewis, Suggs, Reed (duh) but also James Harrison and Dion Sanders. That's a combined 42 pro bowls, 6 defensive players of the years, 8 rings, 4 HOFS, and almost a 5th.
* yea, Harrison played in our Europe league, and we cut him early in the year, but still a cool fact *
And to think that list doesn't even account for players like Adalius Thomas, Bart Scott and CMAC. On offense we had one of the greatest LT's ever, a back who had rushed for 2000 yards, and we were just slightly removed from having Rod Woodson and Shannon Sharp. Legit this 5 year potential roster sounds like a Madden Legends team.
If only we had a decent Qb, we would have 4 franchise rings rn.
Also, Devin Hester played for us. I know that one was only 2 years ago, but I can't seem to be the only one who said what the fuck remembering that.
We have never had any player make the Pro Bowl as a WR. I don't even think it has been close. Let's change that
We were one mood swing away from having T.O here. That doesn't seem strange at all huh...
