I had McGlinchey as a dark horse pick for them considering they need a long term guy to replace Joe Staley. I'd figure the Browns would have traded down from 4 and took McGlinchey at 12.

It only cost the Bills two 2nds to move up so I don't see the price being outrageous. Normally I'd agree with not going for a big trade up until 2019 or 2020 (at which point I'd legitimately be down for giving a king's ransom for the right guy) but this time I hope we make the move. No way Rosen should be on the board atm.
