i mean, barmore did get him a few times when they played bama - he's going to be challenged by quick DTs who get into a half-man relationship with him through the rush

Got to him with one sack and 3 qb hits? If so then he was the only one which is far more impressive
idk about the sack or hits - QB evaded the pressure a couple of times - so probably didnt show up on the stat sheet - maybe would have showed up as a pressure or hurry...

I do like our choices but not as much as some of you.
However I'm a huge fan of the Washington signing and I believe it will make up for the wasted pick on Stephens. So they way I look at it is like we drafted Washington in the 3rd and signed Stephens to a UDFA contract (mental bookkeeping ftw)
I wish EDC would've used some of our later round picks to move up in the 3rd and draft Davis, Meinerz or Perkins.

Ben Mason seems like a pick to quench the Harbs' clan's neediness.
For the Broncos sake i really hope they get aaron rodgers because their roster is absolutely loaded - except at QB... it would be such a massive waste for bridgewater or drew lock to be starting for that team - they had fields land in their lap (and if not fields then mac jones) and all they had to do was take the QB

Honestly I'm starting to like The Ben Mason pick. Man if this guy can develop more as a receiver and play that Hayden Hurst role that would be dope. He's pretty athletic for a guy that was considered a fullback as well. Honestly after looking at his 40 time, 3 cone drill and etc The Ravens haven't had a fullback with those type of numbers since Kyle J. The only difference between the two is that Kyle J was used more in the passing game than Ben Mason was. Should be fun to see how creative Greg Roman can get with Mason at tight end and h back.
If it took those new coaches to let them know how important route running is, our scouting on wrs was truly the worst ever lol

I think he is a special teams guy/FB/H and TE 3 in training. I do think he's coming for Pat's job as soon as next year. How do you justify two Fullback/H types?
He's pretty good despite giving 50lbs to Pat. More athletic than Pat and more upside catching the football I think.

It's a fair bit to ask a 3rd rounder to come in and start right away at LG. But, he sort of needs to. It isn't on him, I suppose if he isn't ready year one but that would mean we did next to nothing to upgrade the line. I am guessing if he doesn't come in right away, that we will have a similar center/LG tandem.
Really hoping he just comes in and destroys people and Bozeman upgrades the center position. Really like watching Cleveland and can see him becoming a fan favorite.

tbf tyre was much rawer last year and he came in and won the starting job which suggests the competition isn't too stiff...
