Wow. He sounds like he's really studied his cousin. I'm looking forward to he and Lamar really working it out and becoming a fearsome tandem

both vertical WRs who can play outside and in the slot. Almost identical size and similar skill set.
Ross also suffered a decent amount of injuries as well, before to enter the pros:
2014 and 2015 - meniscus tear
2016 - shoulder labrum tear

How that is idiotic idk man

Watch the tape. John Ross had no route game. He was like a mini perriman who shot up boards after running a 4.2
 
Hollywood > John Brown, in every way. Yeah he ran fast but that doesn't mean he's only a deep threat. He's much more - better route runner and thrives on those intermediate routes more than John Brown ever has or ever will. I don't think people are wrong to have concerns, but these comparisons to John Brown and John Ross are just inaccurate.

It’s idiotic because they’re different players. It’s not a mystery.

marquise brown is also a guy who does a lot of work closer to the LoS and over the middle on slants etc. more than john brown

honestly they are very different players - marquise brown stylistically is much more like desean jackson or tyreek hill than he is like john brown

Thanks for the info. I hear speed and good hands and think Smokey, but I am not good at watching tape and comparing receivers. I keep forgetting we have Roman now and not Marty. You guys are making me feel better about the pick. I am glad we gained a 4th and 6th tonight.

I'm not shocked. Value seems to be in day 2. So many guys ranked similarly. I wasn't super high on Greedy or Murphy personally, so to me at least, it makes a lot of sense.
