Wow. He sounds like he's really studied his cousin. I'm looking forward to he and Lamar really working it out and becoming a fearsome tandemi like what he said to matt harmon earlier yesterday:
Spoke with Marquise Brown, my No. 1 WR, yesterday. Notes:
- We had a good laugh at those who think the combine weight is his true weight.
- Favorite route: Comeback, can mess with the DBs head.
- His key to being a great route runner: Varying routes and never running full speed.
that 2nd point is pretty telling i think
Wait..someone compared John Ross to Hollywood?
idiot
From the late third? No wayAny chance whatsoever we get back into this first round?
both vertical WRs who can play outside and in the slot. Almost identical size and similar skill set.
Ross also suffered a decent amount of injuries as well, before to enter the pros:
2014 and 2015 - meniscus tear
2016 - shoulder labrum tear
How that is idiotic idk man
Any chance whatsoever we get back into this first round?
Let's get Beau B and Jaylon Ferguson
I wouldn't rule out a move into the back end of two tomorrowAny chance whatsoever we get back into this first round?
It’s idiotic because they’re different players. It’s not a mystery.both vertical WRs who can play outside and in the slot. Almost identical size and similar skill set.

Thanks for the info. I hear speed and good hands and think Smokey, but I am not good at watching tape and comparing receivers. I keep forgetting we have Roman now and not Marty. You guys are making me feel better about the pick. I am glad we gained a 4th and 6th tonight.the longer your average depth of target the harder it is to build chemistry - lamar had basically a week and a half to build chemistry with a deep weapon who he'd never thrown passes to before in an offence that wasnt built around a particularly complex scheme because of its short term changes
marquise brown is also a guy who does a lot of work closer to the LoS and over the middle on slants etc. more than john brown
honestly they are very different players - marquise brown stylistically is much more like desean jackson or tyreek hill than he is like john brown
im not going crazy right - still no corners taken in this draft?
