At what pick in the second does Elgton Jenkins need to fall for us to trade up?
using the trade value chart; If we were to trade with New England for Jenkins or any other player (they hold the very last pick in round two), It would cost us our third round picks. I think you have to make it worth their while to move out of the second and drop that far down.

On the plus; NE has two 2nd rounders and a trade of this sort would give them Four third rounders instead

If we move up, I don't think we're getting all the way to the 2nd. I think a 3rd and a 4th to get us into the early part of the 3rd is most likely.

My biggest hope: elgton Jenkins falls to the end of the second and we trade our top third and fourth to move up for him, or fuck it, trade all that plus a 2020 third to move up EARLY in the second for Jenkins.

Reality: ravens trade all that, and move up for jaylon ferguson. Man I’m gonna be pissed the fuck off

I assumed we'd move into the 2nd. If it means dancing with the Devil, no thanks. Let's stay put.

as far as edge/interior guys that might be there when we pick in the third, Trysen Hill, De'andre walker, Joe Jackson come to mind. who else might?

Considering how many of the "top" picks like DK, Ford, Jawaan Taylor, etc. fell in the first round, there's a good chance someone will fall into the mid-late 3rd round and be waiting for us. I'm hoping we see Greg Little, Kelvin Harmon, Mack Wilson, Deionte Thompson, JJAW, Parris Campbell, Khalen Saunders, or Elgton Jenkins, fall into that range.

Personally, I'm not really a fan of AJ Harmon. I think we have bigger needs at positions like Edge rusher, OL, and I hope we take a shot on a HB in the middle rounds.
I agree. Genetically combining AJ Brown and Kelvin Harmon was a bad idea. I am all for funding scientific research but this is where science went too far.

If we go edge, I have 4 guys left on my board for the next pick, in this order: chase winovich, Zach Allen, Justin Hollins, d’andre walker.

I'm good with that as long as we are able to land a day one starter, at least one with one of our third round picks. What I do not want is for us to wind up with a pseudo developmental project player and/or a guy that will be "given an opportunity to compete for a starting job", if there is a guy lingering at the end of round two like Jenkins, McCoy or Winovich.
I mean, if Jenkins for some crazy reason is around and we don't move. for him? Get me a guy like him that can anchor the middle of your line for ten years over a combination of Anthony Nelson/ fill in complimentary WR or RB in a second.

just a lil off topic but ive said before that vegas having packers at 10 wins is crazy. Now that got my boy savage and potentially getting some good wrs that fell in the 2nd... packers over 10 wins is a lock

I don't know man. I think we still are rebuilding.
