Coaching Carousel 2026

First of all, no he didn't lol. I remember discussing at length how bad Tua was every year. But you're right that's because some dolphins fams were delusional prior to his concussions I guess. But just look, does this look good to you?

55 total games under McDaniel
3424 pass yards per season on average
23.25 TDs per season on average
11 INTs per season on avaerage
99.125 passer rating on average
Mike and tua were incredible and ELITE vs any meh or bad team but never played great against good teams. Put up 70 on the broncos score 3 vs the chiefs type shit

Doesn't convince me . Ravens defense don't have the pass rushers that the Texans have. EDC didn't do a great job addressing the trenches last year to even help this defense . Rodgers was sacked 4 times and pressured quite a bit last night.

I recognize that but they literally had no down field passing game… until they played us… twice.

Na... just a coincidence that when most teams played us they had their best passing output or got on track.

That Texans offense hung 40 on us lol
tbf, that was early in the season when our defense was historically bad and Lamar was also injured.

I respect that but also most downfield opportunities aren't available if the pass rusher doesn't give the opposing offense time.
Regarding Eric, it’ll be interesting to see our approach this year. I know Eric buys the groceries but I doubt Harbaugh and Orr didn’t have a hand in selecting the groceries.

Sounds about right. I read somewhere that Titans are in the mix, no idea if true or still true
Out of the three places I'd like to live in Nashville, for the live music. But that probably doesn't matter to Harbs. My guess is Atlanta.

Damn, Chargers fans LOVE Minter- there’s a funny thread on Reddit “bashing” him in silly ways like we did with Mike Macdonald prior to his promotion with Seattle

Minter really that good?

Oh dont get me wrong i always thought tua was ass but at one point he was like top 3 in passing yards to start the season and thats all it took for people to jump on his train

I like how he schemes up his defenses and blitzes but i havent watched enough to see how he adjust or like how well the original game plan goes….

I think the ravens in general gambled and Eric Decosta in general likes to save money. Losing Nnamdi hurt a lot and it's hard to replace guys like that but last off season it just seem like the ravens made uncharacteristic moves. A guy like Joey Bosa being cut is typically a move the ravens capitalize on but they stood pat and even Jadaveon Clowney would be a player they jump on to sign after getting cut but some reason they just stood pat.

Im sure Harbaugh and Orr have their say or input but I always got the impression that Harbaugh allows Decosta to do him because there is a trust factor. I really don't think EDC did the coaching staff any favors in 2025. Think the plan to addess the trenches this year was going to be aggressive one regardless if Harbaugh was still the head coach cause it's too obvious that it was a issue throughout the entire season for both offense and defense

yea im banking on klint being our next HC. Unless biscotti see some kind of leadership flaw in him, i think he will be our HC. Wouldnt mind jessie but i think its gonna be klint

Why? I would hate Klint as an immediate knee-jerk impression.
