Coaching Carousel 2026

Some Bills Reddit insider claiming they getting Kubiak.. maybe McDaniel don’t wanna waste his time (and is going to be the Ravens OC)

I can see them getting kubiak! I figured the would get which ever one we didnt get. I still think kubiak would be great at helping both allen and lamar not have to be superman all the time! Without realizing, it creates more chances for them to turn the ball over

Steelers fans pointing at Art Rooney's presser and his opinion the team is competitive and he didn't want wholesale changes. So basically, Mike read the room, said what needed to be said and got hired.
The team was competitive because of Mike Tomlin. McCarthy isn't that kind of coach......should be very interesting and I'm loving the hire.

everyone from Buffalo insiders down to radio personalities feel Webb is the guy.

he's doen pretty well in KC as the DL coach. Sure he's had good players there, but we were limited in talent on the line when he was here also, if I recall and I agree....I'd love Dennard Wilson back in Baltimore.
I hope we dont we still try to add a pass rusher and not avoid defense just because we have minter

McCarthy is a crazy hire by Pitt. They don’t even have a qb to develop nor do they have the resources to get one. McCarthy is strictly a “develop qbs” coach who just so happened to have prime Aaron Rodgers and for one season had the most opportunistic/playmaking defense in the league.

I don’t see this ending well, at least not in 2026. I could see a disastrous season getting them a high draft pick where they finally land their qb and begin to improve, but if that doesn’t work out then I think McCarthy and the Steelers will be ending ugly.

I give him 3 seasons at best, is a disaster of a hire. They could (and should) get a young guy, offense or defense either way was fine, mainly because with no QB and an aging roster you are looking for a 2/3 years rebuild at minimum

This is great news, Browns keep sucking, Bengals keep irrelevant and now Pitt found a White and fat Tomlin

We don't want it to be too much of a disaster. Just enough to keep them away from the top QBs coming out in 2027.

Are we actually sure that any of the qbs coming out in 2027 are actually going to be good? Many of the qbs who we were expecting to be good for the 2026 draft seriously underperformed this year. The steelers could be in qb purgatory for a while if we keep getting weaker qb classes like we have been

And we have Minter, who is a king
