I do not care for winter here in the Mid Atlantic but I would absolutely hate it where you are. Your heating bills must be insane. Do you ever plan to move to some place warmer when you retire?

I feel like you HAVE to have a fireplace living in a place like that.

And idk how true it is but Midwest winters sound better than ours, dry cold and snowy, vs constantly rainy and icy with very rare snows. Winters here are downright fucking gross.

You never know what you’re going to get here. I remember as a kid getting a bike for Christmas, out riding it in jeans and and a sweatshirt, was like 60 degrees. Year to year it changes, this winter sucks so far. I can handle cold, but the wind is no bueno.

I have friends in Chicago and KC, winters are always long and brutal there. No thanks.

Side note…. If you ever move into a house with a fireplace plan on buying a wood or pellet stove or insert. Fireplaces really don’t do much good unless your right in front of it. I have a fireplace with an insert, watch football in shorts and a tee shirt. lol

These pburgh games just don’t seem to generate the vibes they used to, but I’m happy to hear repeated “Steelers suck” on 98 rock.
I think I’d rather take an ass whippin’ than lose to them and the yinzers.

It really does sound like Lamar will play Sunday. Perfect setup for him to shut down a lot of negative talk. LFG!!!!!

Yeah fuck the wind, when you’re right by the Great Lakes you’re gonna get crushed by the wind, same for the Great Plains states, so yeah I guess they got their own problems.

I LOVE snow, absolutely fkn love it, and honestly I hate when you get warm almost hot days in between the cold, feels so icky and muggy and muddy, and I hate the cold rain and ice more than anything.

Never been out west so I really can’t say, just going off of what I hear from the folks on the interwebs who do live out that way. Their snow season sounds nicer than ours even if it’s more cold and “extreme”

Nor’easters are just miserable piece of shit storms

I love snow too, but only for a couple of days, then it sucks ass. lol

They butchered our game and removed the physicality. Then the fact its a merry go round at qb in Pitt and they've won a majority of the matchups. Most of these games haven't had any real stakes either.
