interestingly i was just reading that shula, scheelhaase and webb were the names they were waiting on
kubiak was notably not mentioned but that was just me reading between the lines

more interestingly (to me), apparently it wasn't just lamar sitting in on the zooms, it was Ro and Hamilton as well

Yeah if we can get someone good for O-line and WR then I am fully on board. I am a little worried if we don't get someone good to get this O-line back into top shape though as I think that played a big part in the offense taking a step back this year. Don't want Lamar playing hero ball as our plan on offense.

If you recall, when asked if Lamar would be included in the decision on coach selection Steve’s answer was that he valued the opinions of all his vet players.

And that would be a very strong 4 to speak to. Stanley, Lamar, RO, and Kyle are easily the 4 best guys/most important leaders.

Especially Stanley/Lamar

somehow I doubt weaver is coming back but I'd love to have him on the defensive staff. However I'd really love dennard wilson. He is interviewing for the dc coach in Los Angeles along with Orr.

Trenton really improved from 2024 to this year. When we sat Marcus Williams and Eddie Jackson and Moved Kyle Hamilton and Washington back we also basically sat Trenton Simpson. Our defense was pretty lights out for the remainder of the season. In 2025 Trenton Simpson was being used more like he was used in college and had a pretty good year. I'm looking forward to see how Jesse Minter uses him along with other players.

Feel like more of his upside is going to come as a Sam LB/overhang defender who can run and chase sideline to sideline

Or as a blitzer
