Happy Thanksgiving Flock Family. We have arrived at Thanksgiving time in the NFL which means Cowboys,Lions, Turkey, Stuffing and for dessert an NFC South Showdown in Atlanta.

Bears @ Lions: Matthew Stafford is hurt, Jeff Driskel's hamstring is bothering him to the point that the Lions are now turning to UDFA David Blough. Detroit now has QB depth issues to solve for next season behind Stafford while Chicago has their own QB issues with Mitchell Trubisky who says that the offense is wasting their talent. Both teams have wasted the talents on their team over the years and which team will waste more talent on Thanksgiving?

Bills @ Cowboys: Jason Garrett seems to firmly be on the hot seat based off how angry and frustrated Jerry Jones is. The Cowboys this season have failed to beat a team with a winning record and here comes the 8-3 Buffalo Bills to town. Dallas will be without LB Leighton Vander Esch as they look to increase their slim lead in the NFC East, while Buffalo looks to keep pace with the Patriots in case of a slip up and a chance for the division opens up. The Bills with a win will match their 2017 win total which saw them return to the playoffs after 17 years, and hold firm on the fifth seed in the AFC playoff hunt.

Saints @ Falcons: The last time these two met, the Saints laid an egg and the Falcons pulled off the upset. Thanksgiving Night presents the Saints with an opportunity to carve up a heaping helping of revenge and an NFC South title waiting for them. The Saints can be the first team to clinch a division title in 2019 but will have to do it without LT Terron Armstead which downgrades an offensive line which gave up six sacks to the Falcons in their first meeting. Atlanta looks to spoil the party for New Orleans and continue to build momentum toward next season.

Jets @ Bengals: A logjam of teams sit 6-5 chasing that last wild card spot in the AFC, and the Jets sit 4-7 only two games behind in the playoff race looking for their fourth straight win following a huge upset over the Raiders. They head to Cincinnati where the Bengals return to Andy Dalton in search of their first win and Zac Taylor's first victory as head coach. The Bengals are searching for answers in a season trying to avoid the dreaded 0-16 record.

Titans @ Colts: As part of the Dolphins tank, Ryan Tannehill was shipped to Tennessee to be the backup to Mariota and now 4-1 as a starter for the Tennessee Titans since taking over for Mariota and in the hunt for the playoffs. The Colts have dropped four of the last five games and are catching the Titans at the wrong time, and with two games against the Texans the Titans could steal the AFC South crown come week 17.

Eagles @ Dolphins: The Eagles head to Miami to take on the Dolphins as they look to finish the week tied for first place with the Cowboys. Philly is in desperate need for an offense as Wentz has had no help beyond Zach Ertz in recent weeks. Can Philly get a much needed win or will Miami spoil the Eagles weekend?

Packers @ Giants: The Packers look to rebound following a dominant loss to the 49ers who beat them every which way possible last Sunday. The G-Men are the perfect team for Rodgers and company to get back on track as they look to hold off the Vikings for the NFC North title.

Browns @ Steelers: Rematch of the season right here, without Myles Garrett or Mason Rudolph suiting up for this game. Both the Browns and Steelers are in the mix in the crowded AFC playoff picture and the winner gets a leg up, while the other will have a longer path to the playoffs.

Redskins @ Panthers: The Redskins coming off a big win over the Lions look to upset the Carolina Panthers on the road. At this point, the NFC playoff picture may be decided barring a collapse by the Vikings so the Panthers will have to look toward next year as their new owner will make several key decisions on the futures of Ron Rivera, GM Marty Hurney and QB Cam Newton.

Buccaneers @ Jaguars: The Jags season may be lost even if with the return of Nick Foles, Winston continues to make a lot of turnovers for defenses to eat and a new QB is needed in Tampa. Which Florida team will come out on top as both look to build momentum toward 2020.

Rams @ Cardinals:

Chargers @ Broncos:

Raiders @ Chiefs: This game could still mean something division wise but the Raiders will have to win after laying an egg against the Jets. The Chiefs look to get closer to clinching the AFC West and locking in their playoff spot, while the Raiders look to stay in the wild card picture but a loss with several teams surging could spell the end of their playoff hopes.

Patriots @ Texans:
Houston was able to conquer the Colts and keep ahead in the AFC South but now face Belichick & Brady on Sunday Night. Playoff seeding implications as a win for Houston could give them the H2H tiebreaker for seeding at the end of the season. Despite whatever flu symptoms the Pats had, I expect the team to be ready to play but can the Pats offense do enough to win while the Pats defense slows down Watson and company?

Vikings @ Seahawks: The Seahawks host the Vikings on Monday with playoff implications all around. If both win their division, this could determine a potential playoff bye while wild cards means the difference in playing the three seed or 4th seed. Kirk Cousins has shown improvement this season in big games and needs another big game here to keep the Vikings on the heels of the Packers for the NFC North. If San Fran loses Sunday, the division is there for the taking for Seattle, which team wants it more?

Happy Thanksgiving JO. As one member of this forum I appreciate the write ups you do each and every week

Now if the Boys get the stuffing kicked out of them and get mashed potatoed up the HC turkey will have his sweet potato pie ass thrown on the next gravy train on out of there.

Vikings @ Seahawks:
Happy Thanksgiving to you too! As for the MNF game, it's the Vikings vs. Vikings West.

Bears defense comes up big to improve the Bears record to 6-6 and still in the playoff hunt.

NFL refs clearly only protect star Quarterbacks. Josh Allen scrambles, slides which means he is giving himself up and two Cowboys tackle him after he gave himself up and no flag. Trubisky hit in the head and neck area, no flag.

bills need to stop running sneaks - getting zero push and cowboys penetrating effectively - got lucky to convert the first one (lucky spot), didnt convert the second one, dropped the third one and allen had to aggressively pick it up and brute force his way over the pile to convert

so in summary - stop running sneaks when you have zero interior push
