Around the NFL: News and Rumors

The Dolphins' Revenge for us destroying them all these years? Keeping Jarvis Landry off the market. The Dolphins have already started or will begin negotiations with Landry's agent soon.

he has to like the contract and the team lol - negotiations dont mean he's signing anything
he's on a trash team of dirtbags with bad qb play - unless they franchise him, if im at all unsure of anything im hitting the tampering period and seeing what i can get from other teams and seeing if i can get a better offer or better organisation... plus apparently he's a ravens fan (i didnt know that until people kept mentioning it in their 2018 offseason articles :P)

Reportedly Marvin Lewis is going to be leaving the Bengals after this season to purse other things.

Potentially bad news for us since we face them the last week of the season and more than likely his final game.

Reportedly Marvin Lewis is going to be leaving the Bengals after this season to purse other things.

PFT says that this is Marvin's decision, not the team's decision as Marvin wants to move on but the team wants to keep him. Lewis believes his assistants have been treated unfairly from a financial standpoint, and we know Mike Brown has been known to be cheap. Apparently Lewis and the coaching staff are sick of it.

But the ESPN report suggested that it’s more Lewis who wants to move on from the Bengals than the Bengals who want to move on from Lewis. One sticking point, according to the report, is that Lewis believes his assistants have been “treated unfairly financially.” Bengals owner Mike Brown has been accused of pinching pennies in the past, and the report indicates that Lewis and the coaching staff are sick of it.
