Signings, Cuts, Trades

Starting to quiet out on the FA front but they do have some level of interest in Jauan Jennings.

Also Hollywood legitimately wants to come back and they’re considering that possibility as well. Not sure they’re as enthused by this option but a cheap price could sway them.
Jauan would be a nice get! I wouldn’t hate Hollywood if it’s cheap

I was not a Hollywood fan after his few years here. But something in me would kinda be interested to see his return with new coaching and all.

Back when he was with us originally, I remember him tweeting something to the effect of, how you gonna have soldiers, but not use em.

Would have to be the right price tho

@rossihunter2 if that is the case we also could end up drafting a left tackle that can play left guard and not just count on Vinson to replace Ronnie.
I thought that would be on the table too if one of the top 2 linemen fall. It seems at 14 some random really good player will fall to us. I bet Simpson starts at LG 100% though so I guess competing vs Emory.

I know it's unlike us to trade in first no matter what ever, but if there's one year I could see Eric getting aggressive it's this year. Far more likely to trade up in the second or third though - especially if they like a center very much.

Jennings would be awesome
allows you to play more 11 personnel on running downs too with how physical he is as a blocker
would really be the ravens looking at a return to bully ball in all parts of the offence

with hollywood, if he's cheap, i'm not sure i see the downside

not saying anyone is going to rely on a 2nd year 5th round pick to just walk into the job and take it over
but certainly if there's an OT with the ability to flex inside in year 1, they're not going to not take that guy just because we've got both our tackles set for 2026

He did. We really about to go into the season with Loop. Happy for his offseason contributions but I can’t trust the dude moving forward
It is way down the priority list of course but they need to bring in serious competition for him. He fills me with very little confidence.

Jennings will have a lot of interest from a lot of places. Good hands, good blocker and got some attitude about him as well if you like that (not very popular in Cleveland). Could have won a Super Bowl MVP as well and has a habit of showing up in big moments. 3rd and Jauan.

I'm not against Hollywood but I wouldn't be totally against it. Would be fine.

What is the issue with Jennings? Price is too high?
