there's a 10m bonus that's already paid so we'd just pick up the 8.8m salary and the 3m roster bonus + there's some workout bonuses too

my guess is his 2023 cap hit would be 12m

his cap hit next year is 12m and his salary isn't guaranteed, unlike DJ Moore.

One thing about Robbie Anderson. He has no guaranteed money next season and can be cut prior to giving him his roster bonus without any dead cap. If he performs well he would most likely be extended to a more reasonable cap hit.

The time to make a move for a WR has past. No way we can make a move given our cap position. Not to mention the market for a WR via trade or FA is horrible atm.
 
I have to imagine after what happened with Anderson that if you offered them a conditional 7th that they would take it.
 
As much as I would love us to add another WR.

My main concern at the moment is

1. Pass Rush
2. Lack of focus/execution
3. Lamar's head is in his ass (I don't feel like we currently have the coach that can or will COACH him out of his hero ball)


Do I think receiver is an issue? Absolutely. Have I seen this offense make due and score a ton a points without impressive receivers? Also yes.

I attribute a lot of our late game issues on the fact that we get up on points which forces the team on the other side to start airing it out. In those moments, we can't create pressure let alone get sacks.

We are not making teams pay for airing it out. Our pass rush is so bad that even with the talent we have in coverage we STILL can't get to the QB. And not to pistol whip a dead horse, ZDS would have assisted nicely with this current group.

Cause we have seen so many toxic locker rooms be successful in the NFL... there is no need to tank the season, which a bad locker room will do, just because your number 1 WR is out a couple weeks. Right now the biggest fix to the Ravens offense is more consistent QB play and not a diva WR whose arrogance does not match his production.
