Which, of course, ignores the fact that he has a first round and an All-Pro TE to throw to also. Understanding they're both hurt, but its not the GM's job to go 6 deep at WR so that Lamar can just throw to studs all day long either.
And I'm sure they'll add receivers in the offseason. But I'd be much more comfortable putting a top 10 defense out there (assuming we can get to that level), having good pass protection, and being able to run the ball on anybody. At that point, I feel very confidence in asking my All-World QB to make some plays, with or without high end receiver talent.
