For sure but who is pretty much the only team in the league without the luxury of making a move there. He's not a scrub. Even if he's another league wide WR3 that's gonna be more productive than than Proche and Wallace. Maybe even Duvernay.
We've seen Edwards flash including against our team.
I personally don't see much of a difference in talent level between him and Andy Isabella. Obviously size and profiles are different but Edwards is clearly a borderline NFL player at this point just like Isabella.

Yeah I could be naive but I definitely see a pretty big difference between those 2. Isabella is nothing other than fast and has never flashed. Literally ever.
But 32 teams literally just proved he wasn't good enough for a spot on the 53. I mean, I get it... he's a WR and we basically have none. But I also don't think you can look beyond that simple fact right now.

I think you can very easily. He's not an amazing receiver being realesed after 12 games. Pretty simple
He's much closer to out of the league than he is any sort of impact receiver.

I feel like us claiming him would have been the bigger issue for his career, so maybe he does still have a chance. But if we signed him you’d know for sure that he’s shit.

Not looking at profile or anything... but their status in the league. Both high-ish draft picks that have faltered out and are now on the PS despite the draft pedigree. If these guys could actually help someone, they'd be playing on a 53 somewhere. The fact that not 1 team out of 32 believes that should say what the league thinks of those guys, and I'm sure they're viewed very similarly in regards to how they're valued.

Yeah idk. This WR corps is such a waste though. Idk how Isabella is in STs but Tylan Wallace has like 4 snaps in the last 4 games. How could Isabella be worse? I keep saying the WRs we have are AWFUL. So at least put something unique out there. You have no size, Victor will be bad like Proche and Wallace but he'll at least be bigger. Everyone is slow throw DJax or Isabella out there. DJax has something left, Isabella idk but at least he'll be bad and fast.
No other playoff contender has a situation as bad as ours. We have to try something.
I get it. We have a shitty unit. But I just don't see how Edwards is anything more than rearranging deck chairs at this point. And even further, by time you get someone in and let him learn the offense, it's basically playoff time. Not like we're at a point where someone just comes in and makes an impact. It's a longer process than that.
