About the H&M controversy. I honestly akin this more to what happened to the first season of power rangers(when they casted an African American as the black ranger and an Asian as the white ranger.. And eventually a Native American as the Red Ranger) than full on intentional racism. It was an incredibly stupid error, but one that I could not help but laugh at hilariously. Not because the shirts themselves are funny, more of an "Oh my god.. How can anyone be this stupid. Hahahahahaha" kind of thing. Kind of like with United Airlines.

I'm still gonna shop there. Even if the higher management has shown their stupidity. Sorry, nobody can beat some of those deals.

this about the t-shirt?
im not quite sure how that made it through marketing... like how many people had to just not notice what had happened...

Exactly lol. They probably looked at it and said "nothing potentially insentive here" because one of the models for that shirt wasn't an African American. And then they overlooked the others of the model in the pile and just approved the whole thing.

This reeks far more of a stupid mistake than a legit offense.

oh i agree - im glad they are pulling the t-shirt/marketing campaign for it just so that they have some sort of financial incentive to be better next time but i dont think it was an intentional offence just a lot of people deserving to be fired in the marketing team
