Henry is a stud but he gasses quickly, we need to rotate him correctly
Of course he gasses quickly, he litteraly never gets off the field...Henry is a stud but he gasses quickly, we need to rotate him correctly
It is man. I like ZDS and I've been his sole supporter at some point in the offseason, but we have two guys with vastly better potential, what does he offer that they don't have? Why hinder their developpment when he hasn't shown much himself? It's crazy... And Harbs will say it's because they made a mistake on ST, fuck outta here.

If harbaugh is really punishing young guys by limiting snaps because they made a mistake, then he doesnt understand what growing pains are. Let them play through it, if you tale them out then how will they ever learn
It's obsurd. They are wasting their rookie seasons and they are better than who is in front of them. Atleast find a way to rotate them in. Even when TWill was playing it was rarely on obvious passing downs.especially when this doghouse lasts longer than 2 games - they obviously showed they earned snaps in practice during the offseason so why havent they re-earned snaps now - like unless they have seriously regressed (which would have to be on the coaching staff) which i doubt then they need to be given another shot - otherwise what's the point?

Yes, I'd like to see TWill get that first sack, but pressures we know he can get and he has gotten them.and yet he was effective on those rare rush downs he did get...
he'd better be active this week

He could honestly have 6 sacks by now if we gave him playing time.and yet he was effective on those rare rush downs he did get...

it wouldn't surprise me in the least. Using him as a situational pass rusher would the the proper thing to do in his rookie year.He could honestly have 6 sacks by now if we gave him playing time.

Yeah, sorry, I meant if he had 8 full games he'd be at 6.i think 6 is probably too many for this point given the injury he had too - but id certainly expect 3 or so
And it's not like it's a secret or anything, this was in every scouting report you could get on him. Even in college he was used like that.it wouldn't surprise me in the least. Using him as a situational pass rusher would the the proper thing to do in his rookie year.

I think against teams like the Browns and Bengals he could've had a hot start, then a few sacks here and there.tbf im still not sure he'd have 6... just the way the rest of the league has been going and the sacks rookie pass rushers have been getting in general
but either way the pressures/qb hits he'd get would be helpful even if he werent to get 6 sacks or so

Honestly the way he's played, he can dominate any tackle in the league.very true - well he still gets to face the bengals once more with their shoddy oline - and maybe he can get 1 against the packers depleted line too...
