the ref who initially gave that decision was out of his mind - he literally was looking right at the returner who was motioning to the ref and then he ran out the way of the ball - ridiculous

Bills kicked off, Texans player waived is arms that he was not coming out, caught the ball and tossed it to a ref who jump away from it as it was a liv ball and Bills picked it up for what we thought they were going to rule a TD but common sense prevailed and it was ruled a touchback.
