Just eyeballing it I would think they obvious moves are they restructure Allen (24m), extend Douglas (5m), extend Dawkins (5m), post June 1 Miller (7m though more if his issues cause the NFL to take action), cut Morse (8m), cut Poyer (5.5m), cut Harty (4m), cut Hines (5m), and probably cut Johnson (7.5m), though if they could extend him short term to lower his cap hit by 2-3m that would also work.
After that the restructure and cut conversations get more interesting. They can restructure Diggs and save another 13m but they probably need to smooth things over because there are clearly issues. There are also by my eyes another 12-14m in restructures they can do with some of their players. They probably have no choice but to hope White can shake off the injury bugs and come back from another tough injury. They do all of that though and they should have enough space to fill out their roster with some fresh bodies.
To me Johnson is the only one I would think to look at as Von Miller is simply not going to be a Raven under any circumstances. The rest honestly would be getting cut for a reason or are simply not at positions where the Ravens are looking for even depth.

So are the Dolphins, they have several players with major jumps in salary cap for next season. Going to be interesting to see how some of these teams get under the cap, as you said a lot of good players are going to become available.

Ditch wasn’t bad for me. And mines pretty much solid black. That actual elbow bone though was pure fucking torture.

It's definitely not the worst place and believe me I have tattoos everywhere But it wasn't fun and mine's Pretty much all black as well. The sternum and stomach fucking HURT. nipples felt like a blowtorch was passing over them
I’m only sleeved up so don’t have experience elsewhere, but some dude next to me during one of my sessions was getting the kneecap done and I’ve never been more worried about a dude not making it than that moment lol
