So Brazil is threatening to ban X/Twitter if Elon Musk doesn't name a Brazilian legal representative in the next 24 hours. Brazil also said anyone using a VPN to get around it will be subject to a $10,000 USD fine. So... if this goes through, I wonder how many reporters/journalists will risk a $10,000 fine to tweet about next Friday's Packers vs Eagles game.
