No....the lie is still bad regardless of the teams actions afterwards
I do not know a single job I have ever had where if I lied to my bosses about a very serious matter that it would be their fault for not realizing it. I would be held responsible if found out and I would almost certainly be looking for a new job because if you cannot trust your employee they have no value to you.

Man that’s crazy how this escalated so fast. I wonder what really happened. I’ve heard so many different reports. Some say Chiefs and NFL knew and saw it and some act like this is the first time they saw it. It’s all very confusing. I just wish they would be honest with themselves because I don’t think they really care about the domestic violence as much as they care about what people think.

I would love Kunt here but we obviously wouldn't do that. Maybe if this happened one year later but Harbs is far to good guy and good culture and blah blah. Plus our team would get so much shit wow.
I would love to see him go to the Eagles think of how dominate that could be. @Ice Bowl how would you fee about him being a packer? That would be a move to really show they care about winning an not wasting Rodgers.
He would fit well with the Colts too, so that is my top 3 and I'd follow it up with the Texans, Bills, Jets (low-key anyone in the AFC east) and maybe the bucs as fits

That's now what I was getting at. You asked why Mixon was still in the league and I said that because he isn't a scrub. Evidently, that's really the only thing that NFL executives care about. They're basically saying that if you have talent, there's a spot in this league for you. Just don't rape or kill anyone.
Perhaps I should've clarified myself a little more, but that's what I meant.
