Fans only care about talent but these players do get interviewed before they are drafted. Teams don't just draft base off talent alone and alot of the times players simple fall off teams draft boards because they suck during interviews. I think alot of fans forget that the NFL is a professional job/ career. A guy like George Pickens was deem to do poorly in his interview with teams and some consider him immature along with character red flags. We legit just saw perfect example of this in 2024 when the Ravens traded for Diontae Johnson who also had character issues and look how that turned out for the team . Steelers drafted Pickens in the second round then decided to trade him to the cowboys during his fourth season because his character issues was too much and they was ready to move on but yet ravens fans think this guy would have worked out in Baltimore and still like the idea of being signed by the team

Talented player for sure and he's having his best season of his career which makes sense given that he playing next to Ceedee Lamb and the Cowboys throwing the the ball over 500 times this year. I bet he's been on his best behavior this year but there still been some reports of his lack of effort on plays when things don't go his way.

I understand the concerns but this is a team who's best pass rusher ever had concerns coming out of the draft but we still took a risk. Nate Wiggins? As it sits now, Pickens would be 4th all time on our receiving list above RAY RICE which is my real source of frustration.

I respect that point of view but there just going to be certain players a team is willing to take risk on than others..alot of the time its based on the interview process and the player given the team hope to invest in them with not only believing the player will be talented but also a good player on and off the field in the NFL. If Pickens didn't give the ravens or any other team that trust then I can't blame them for passing on. I personally can't get frustrated because I understand that the ravens have particular taste on what they like . It's like being a relationship and sometimes the person you with don't always have the same interest or see the way you see it. Maybe you may like southwest airlines and they have great deal to get to what ever location for just 50 dollars but the person you with doesn't like southwest airlines at all regardless of the the discount. Might be frustrating cause it save money by going with southwest but if they like Delta or other airlines more than it is what it is . Getting all frustrated about it might be understandable cause why wouldn't want to save money but it they don't like southwest they don't like Southwest. Just have to move on and let it go. Pickens just not a ravens type of players and it is what it is

Watch them play and it looks like one of the worst lines you'll see. Even with Alt their was a huge difference in play. Turnstile since he went down. What makes it worse is now Herbert shouldn't really be running cause he can't secure the ball but he has to.

The cheeky cunts made its way into my L4 vertebrae so basically gave my paralysing pain from the hips down. This is the result of the treatment I am undertaking which means it's working which is great news as nothing else has worked to date. They are giving me plenty of morphine for the pain and radiation to melt the cancer away from the L4. So yeah if I am making less sense than normal it's the drugs lol
