I mean it is a simulation of real life lmao. What if it works thoughI was on BR.com today and there was an article that showed what teams are using to simulate LJ. Of course the Browns gave me a laugh, like they always do. They played Madden, because they don't have a guy to simulate him. LMAO
now the Skins winning 73-0. Now that's boldOutside of the Redskins upsetting the Packers, most of those "bold" predictions are things that can realistically happen. 49ers defense slowing down the Saints offense after they slowed down our offense? I can see that. Chiefs gashing the Pats defense much like the Texans? Yep. Derrick Henry continuing to run over opponents? Yep. None of them are really bold. Us losing to Buffalo... any given Sunday.
I agree and look forward to telling my wife, who is from New England.Lobster is TRASH and steamed blue crabs are the crustaceans of the gods
I tell my wife that their Pittsburgh sandwiches suck, but that’s a lie... those goddamn things are bomb af lol.I agree and look forward to telling my wife, who is from New England.
Spot on about the salt. OB, cayenne and flake kosher salt, I mix it by the pound.I tell my wife that their Pittsburgh sandwiches suck, but that’s a lie... those goddamn things are bomb af lol.
Nothing touches proper Maryland made crabs though, there’s no food I prefer.
Oh and PSA, because a shocking amount of people seem to not know any better... if you put old bay on your crabs YOURE RUINING THEM! JO #2 is the only acceptable crab seasoning! Old bay makes them mushy and slimy, the rock salt in JO2 keeps the spice dry in the steamer and makes the spice stick to the crab
Skip to about 7 min. We're definitely keeping things in the vault for the post season.
Have to admit I’ve no idea how to make them. I will say I skip getting them at fancy downtown restaurants IMO the way to go is riding a boat on the bay or its rivers docking at a waterside restaurant and getting them there. Maybe it just the atmosphere but that is the ultimate crab cake experience.I tell my wife that their Pittsburgh sandwiches suck, but that’s a lie... those goddamn things are bomb af lol.

Yeah, I've had Lobster Rolls in Boston before, but never a Lobster and Crab roll, which sounds outstanding. That being said, I'd still go for a crab cake as preference.

Crab cake? I’m talking steamed crabs lol. My ultimate crab experience is steaming them yourself, buying a few 30s, sitting at a picnic table in someone’s backyard with a whole mess of people there, music blasting, tiki torches, and cornhole. That’s the shit right there lolHave to admit I’ve no idea how to make them. I mean if you throw straight up old bay in a steam pot you’re making the seasoning mushy and slimy lol, that rock salt is in the JO for a reasonI cant agree you're ruining them with Old Bay lol that's going way to far but yeah the real secret is the JO seasoning. I used to buy that in bulk. You know that's supposed to be a secret Joey lmao.
Not really, just a few weeks ago he was all aboard the “Lamar for IR” bandwagonMark Schlereth has been on our side quite a bit from the start of the season I've noticed.
Jeez sorry misread well I have made plenty steamed crabs and I totally disagree on the old bay comment. Pound them with old bay and a fair amount of rock salt. That’s I’ve done and every place I’ve ever gotten steamed crabs in MD does as well. Zero old bay method is what I got when I lived in VA and thought that old bay is one of the things that made them distinctly MD steamed crabs.Crab cake? I’m talking steamed crabs lol.
