no you didn't. You just had a gut feeling we weren't going to win for some reason. I was a bit worried knowing that some of our top offensive players were injured, even so we still should have beaten the Titans if it weren't for 6 to 7 key drops. A couple of which were sure touchdowns.

i have never believed in 1 seed teams who breezed right thru the season, it just feels so rare that they actually pull through to the end

yes I understand this thinking. They didn't have any diversity and were basically leading in every game, so yes it's understandable that you wouldn't believe in a 1 seed, whether that be us or anyone else for that matter.

Same how i feel about new teams that emerge that one season. I never bet on them to win SB.. niners almost got me last year but kc pulled through. Bills are good but i dnt see them making bowl... i talk shit about our team but i think we got their ass if we play them.. fuck it, Ravens to ship

I didn’t believe either but for what I thinks a fair reason- our lack of run defense. We got fucked by Chubb and I think even Mixon both once last season and even though the numbers looked good, we were up early every game and struggled vs bruising running backs.

it also sucks cj Mosley left for the reason he is the perfect linebacker to stop Derrick Henry

I’m scared of one team, KC, I think we can and basically will beat any team in the playoffs except for kc, I just don’t know if we can stop them, our defense is simply not built for it.

It's crazy to think the one game we should have won was with rookie Lamar and Marty.

tbf not sure that outside a couple of the AFC West defences (when healthy) that any team is set-up to stop them - and only the raiders have actually beaten the chiefs this year and im still not quite sure how they did it

Chiefs are the class of the NFL even when they don't play up to their level

to be in with a chance of beating them you have to hope Mahomes is having an off-day and that you can capitalise
 
As long as my son is healthy, happy and playing loose and then he gets nominal support from the offense where they are able to catch and get open somewhat, we can and will beat any team in the NFL, KC included. I think there is a way to stop the gun slinger. That is stop his incredible assortment of awesome receivers and TE. He can't beat you if they aren't wide open and catch every ball within a 10' radius of them. Stop them and you beat KC easily. We are supposed to have a great secondary but they don't seem to match up well against KC's weapons. Tavon Young was critical in that effort. now, I think it's best to put Marlon in the slot with Peters and Averett on the outside, with Jimmy covering Kelce. We can beat them fellas and we will.

The past 3 games against them showed that we can't beat KC with the way we play on defense. The number one priority is to limit big plays. This means 2 deep safties and less blitzes. You have to stop the pass first when you play KC.
 
Pass rush needs to show up against KC or we’ll get laughed out the playoffs. Can only rush 5 against them, if that. Everyone who can cover needs to drop back. CEH and Bell don’t scare me at all

I know he is retired and all but damn, would he really come out of retirement for a NFL team like Jacksonville? I'd figure he would always return to college and never be a Head Coach in the NFL. Apparently the Jags want to become the Ohio State Jaguars as if Meyer stays retired, they are looking at Ohio State Head Coach Ryan Day. Which begs the question, would that pencil in Justin Fields to the Jags at 1 and Trevor would still end up being a Jet at 2?
 
It would be the biggest slap to the face if we were to lose this game (disrespecting the legacy of Mo Gaba, yeah I said it), miss the playoffs, and watch Baker and Allen win a playoff game before Lamar.
