The Random Thought Thread

do you really think the chiefs wouldnt have played mahomes if alex smith couldnt play in week 11 last year?

plans change depending on how the individual does and depending on the surrounding circumstances and situations...
to be inflexible is needlessly stupid - if they start RGIII it wont be because they're sticking to a pre-ordained plan, it'll be because Lamar isnt ready, in their eyes, to start...

but if lamar is ready, what could they possibly screw up by letting him play?
But the Chiefs didn't have an RGIII type player on the roster right? So if they did, I'm not sure Mahomes would've played...

He played week 17 and played fine. He would’ve played in week 11 regardless. Playing in a game doesn’t ruin your career.

My buddy just gave me his brand new RR jersey with the tags still on it, he bought it 2 weeks before the wwe match in the elevator and never wore it lol. Idc I swear I’m gonna rock it

If it was purchased before the incident it’s a good guy ray rice jersey

If RG3 does start, I hope he balls out. Turn a 1million dollar investment into a 4th round comp pick or something

Flying in for first game in Baltimore... what's a good hotel to stay in?
Away from Baltimore, period.

Arundel Mills has some amazing hotels and is only 20 minutes away and as soon as you get in the city from 295 you hit the stadium, it’s the 2nd thing you see after horseshoe casino.

Sorry if you’re looking for something inside the city, I just really despise Baltimore being a former resident and all

Not like crime or anything, just poorly managed everything, hotels in the nice area have outrageous price tags, on gamedays or any day with an event it can take 20 minutes to travel 2 miles, and there honestly isn’t much to do. The area directly surrounding the stadium is pretty shitty and run down, mostly abandoned apartment buildings and warehouses, the harbor has no appeal unless you wanna go to one of I think 3 restaurants, the aquarium was barren last time I saw it, it honestly isn’t worth the price tag imo.

Arundel Mills is a STELLAR mall with a massively successful casino and multiple hotels right on the lot, a ton of quality restaurants and other entertainment, it’s about 1 mile from the airport, and it’s high end spacious suburban development, I feel like a canned sardine every time I go to downtown Baltimore.

For my bucks worth, I will always suggest arundel Mills over downtown for a weekend stay
