It doesn’t even really include any pre-Lamar stuff and we had some crazy streaks early on with joe - like the 12/12 red zone, the franchise sack record, the tucker missed xp

John Brown’s success, Crabtree drops/dropped TD for the loss, etc.. Crazy ups and downs all year and it looked like they were headed down again last week. Thank God for the defense!

And if anything the most storied and interesting part of our season was the bye where everything schematically changed in the space of 2 weeks
 
We have basically played 2 different seasons this year. One started off great and ended in despair for most and the other started with skepticism and has continued with hope.
 
Not ravens related but the number of people who think “3-4DE” and “4-3DT” are freely interchangeable and don’t look at DL technique alignments is disturbing.

Black Adam schefter posted a comparison of Aaron Donald’s season to watts 2014 season and the number of people saying “AARON DONALD IS A 3-4DE THEY PLAY THE SAME POSITION HURRDURR” is ridiculous lol. And I thought BAS had a few respectable followers, guess I was wrong.

I would have to say that it’s pretty much unprecedented in the NFL. Completely changing offensive scheme and the entire backfield in that span is pretty crazy.

Best use of the bye week ever. Supposedly Roman and Urban wrote up 3 pages in the game plan for Lamar going into the season, just in case Flacco got injured. Don’t know how much they added in the bye week.

there was no practice in the first week so i imagine they wrote an entire playbook lol using all the old concepts they had from their previous go-rounds

And having that kind of success (6-1, almost unbeaten) after the change should be impossible, really.
