Not to get off topic, but lets not also forget that Baker was the 1st pick and Lamar was the 32nd pick.

In addition, Baker has had far better WR talent.

I think they are unfairly compared because they were in the same draft class. Ravens fans know Lamar is so much better than Baker, so It never bothers me when people are trying put them on an even playing field.

Which brings up another interesting point. We need to pay Lamar before the Browns pay Baker. We all know the Browns are going to throw out some ridiculously over priced contract which the Ravens will have to top because:
1. Lamar is better
2. Lamar won an MVP
3. Lamar is better

But I do agree that Baker in 2020, being "good", was about the same as a passer as 2020 Lamar, which was considered "a down year".

Reflection of one guy being an MVP in 2019 and the other being replacement level that year, which is what Baker was.

So struggling Lamar = makes no sense. Regression is kind of impossible to argue, based on statistical performance. But again, that's off a higher comp.

The confusing part, is how Lamar is the rb but he dead ass is on par with baker as a passer, what he may lack in that full field consistent accuracy he more than makes up for in decision making and just a different tier of being a playmaker
