Still too pissed off to comment on this fucking game, so a little bit of current events stuff.

Texas A&M fired Jimbo Fisher. From ESPN:

The move is expected to cost the school more than $76 million to buy out Fisher's deal, which is nearly triple the highest known coaching contract buyouts at a public school.

According to the terms of the contract, Texas A&M will owe Fisher $19.2 million within 60 days and then pay him $7.2 annually through 2031. There is no offset or mitigation on those payments, and the annual payments start 120 days after termination.

We still going to win the Super Bowl.... the 2000 Ravens had a three game losing streak at a point in the regular season. Remember 2012? Lost three straight games, struggled to win sometimes. Yet both years we won the Super Bowl... I'm trying to be positive in any form but it's so frustrated seeing the same coaching issues happen every year. Win Thursday... that's all that matters now.

If marlon out, its over with.

Just find it interesting that officials have been given more control and gotten worse as gambling has become more accepted and no I'm not saying this is the reason we lost today.

Was Marlon playing well this year? Felt like a lot of people thought he was having an off year

Ravens can't be taken seriously as a Super Bowl contender

Overreaction or reality: Reality

The Ravens were in the making of another massive blowout victory at home, leading the Browns 31-17 in the fourth quarter of a game they essentially dominated through the first three quarters. Then Baltimore went eight plays for 23 yards the rest of the way, starting with a Lamar Jackson interception with Baltimore up, 31-24, that was returned for a touchdown with 8:18 left.
Jackson couldn't get the Ravens down the field to stretch the lead, going 1 of 4 for 11 yards with an interception in the final two possessions. The Browns never had a AFC North road victory when trailing by 14-plus points prior to Sunday, showcasing the wrong side of history the Ravens were on.

This has been a trend in Baltimore. The Ravens have lost nine games when leading by seven-plus points in the fourth quarter, the most by any team in any three-year span in NFL history. New offensive coordinator, same issues late.

As good as Baltimore is, hard to take them seriously as a Super Bowl contender with the blown leads late.

I don’t really feel the doom and gloom. Any team can get hot and make a run, but we’re definitely missing a killer instinct that would have us in the drivers seat.
