As someone who didn't know Ravens pre 2010, what was the general view of him around 2009/2010? He had 25 TDs and 10 picks, and 3.6k yards in '10. those are great numbers, did people think he was going to continue to develop into a full elite guy? or did people then think 2010 was his ceiling?

Due to the conversation! I went back and peaked at our collaborative WR ranking and seems like the general consensus between those who posted had QJ as the 5th best WR in the class.

Random but kudos to @UPennChem who had Tank Dell as the 4th best WR in the class. Good call!

I could be wrong, but I'm legitimately not sure there was anyone here that wanted QJ that much. Think nearly all of us that are really into the draft recognized the traits at least, but never really had him in the same standing.

think it's more likely youd find people that wanted addison over flowers than johnston over flowers

Regardless it was great season for the team and a huge turnaround from 2007. New HC, OC, rookie QB, etc..
11-5 record, 2 playoff wins and a trip to the AFCCG. It was a great ride, especially considering no one expected anything like that.

Yes, BUT, keep in mind that it was referenced as an "outside chance" he'll return this year.

Which based on how I've seen people react on these boards (and others) means that many of you will take this as a statement of fact that Andrews will be returning this year, and that John will be convicted of lying if he doesn't return.

They say Terrell Owens had a similar injury in 2004 and he came back in 7 weeks in time for the Super Bowl when he was with the Eagles in 2004.

On Washington, I agree that's part of it. But also he's just not been playing well. They could have inactivated Urban or Travis Jones if they wanted to. Washington has been a huge disappointment on that DLine.
