Brutal news. I’m 30 years old so while it was cool to win SB35, the memory is a little hazy as I was only 8 at the time and the importance of that game just didn’t make full sense yet. That SB47 win was the pinnacle of being a Ravens fan for me, and Jacoby is a critical part of that. Mike High Miracle is an iconic play.
More than that, Jacoby was just a good dude. Somehow only a Raven for 3 years, but managed to make himself a Raven for life in that short time. So much fun to watch on the field, and an absolutely infectious personality off it.

It's been a long day since I saw the news of Jacoby's death. I am still hurting from it. I am gutted at the loss of such a positive force, such a happy guy, who made it his business to spread joy on and off the field. Why do such guys die so early? Hope his family can sustain this tremendous loss. I can just imagine how hard it must be on them. He was a favorite of just about every Raven fan. RIP Jacoby. Go entertain Heaven.
