I bought the shirt because it was ironically funny, but in today's world - and having only 5 more years til my teaching pension - that shirt is, like yours, under another shirt or sitting in the moth balls awaiting my freedom. ;)

...I think it might have made an Instagram appearance once at a Steelers game after a fatty had passed by a few times... :)

It wasn't really until the lat 2 or so drives that things opened up a bit but that's because KC started playing really soft. And apparently Spags said he regretted doing that because it gave us a real opportunity to come back. Which is true.

Idk man, i watched that chase daniel vid and he showed like 6 plays where guys were wide open but chris jones and co disrupted lamar. I mean we shouldve done playaction much more but other than that, the play calling wasnt really bad

I'll watch that video. I'm not saying Monken is an idiot. Greg Roman is a passing game idiot. But Monken has a really big predisposition to calling cutesy nonsense plays. He also has a big predisposition to try and force certain concepts. He's also shown that he is pretty prone to overreacting to certain things like being down in points or ability to run the ball.

Something that's interesting about Monken is he admitted himself that he feels likes he's grown a lot since last season. He's a very inexperienced play caller in at the NFL level. And the new OL coach Warhop said that Monken is a totally different coach than he was in Tampa a few years. So different that it was almost unrecognizable.

I have faith that he can get it together but he really desperately needs to not abandon the run, find ways to make the run game efficient, stop throwing so many cutesy nonsense passes to Zay, actually use play action etc. Oh and seriously he's admitted he's done a terrible job of getting the calls in and that's why Justice Hill was 1 on 1 blocking Jones at the end of the game.

No he really wasn’t that bad, offense just looked out of sync. They had some decent drives that they couldn’t finish. Really one of those ugly WTF games you throw away.
