Its a 1 year 17m deal so 13m left this week -1m per week that the team waits. Basically no one in the league is taking on the 2 years 72m that are on the deal after which is why it was always fake money when people said he was making 27m.

I mean as far as I can tell Adams has been a professional the entire time. It seems like the reason this happened is because their coach liked a post saying it should be Adams last game as a Raider. As an aside for doing something that stupid I would fire the coach on the spot. Even if you feel that way that is the most unprofessional and half assed way you could realistically have expressed it.
