It’s still early, but I feel compelled to come here and give Faalele some flowers for now. I’ll admit I was saying after week 2 that I saw no plausible way he was going to be a halfway competent G and he’s shut me up recently. I was wrong. Hope his stock keeps rising.

Man if Bateman can hold onto the ball consistently he could be the difference later on. No more force feeding in tight situations, we got 2 guys out wide who can get mad open and a guy in the middle as well.
Goodbye monken? If we dnt win a SB this year and if monken leave…. We probably wont win one with lamar tbh. Dam near impossible to win a bowl when you keep switching coordinators every other year..

If that happens, Harbaugh needs to start working on his philosophy of hiring these coaches looking to climb ranks
We may have to start hiring guys who failed as a head coach after being great coordinators

We’ve lost a bunch of coaches over the years, a sign that we’ve hired smart, talented guys. If they aren’t being poached probably a sign they are inexperienced or a cut below.
If a coach isn’t looking to move up he’s probably near the end of, or late in his career.
Do we know that Monk wants a HC position? Or is just speculation? He’s 58, while not that old maybe he doesn’t want the headaches.

I don't think he has that many drops at all. As a matter of fact, I just checked the stats and he doesn't have any drops on the season. The Raiders game "drop" wasn't graded as a drop.
There are 32 head coaching jobs in the world. If he gets offered one, he’ll take one. Just as 99.9% of the other coaches in the league would.
