Burrow said he’ll win mvp someday… maybe someday you’ll have no #1s instead of multiple
This might be unpopular but I'd be okay with Burrow winning MVP over Allen this season. Atleast Burrow hasn't put forward six games with a passer rating below 100. Allen's defense has carried him to a 4-2 record in games where Allen sucks but somehow he is deserving to be an MVP

Yea I think the only thing that gives Allen an argument over Burrow is the surrounding WRs, but Allen’s line and RBs and WRs aren’t as bad as Bills fans are making them out to be. Those push tush TDs are the only thing making the total comps comparable

I still don't think we've talked enough about how Daniel fucking Faalele is a Pro Bowl alternate. I will continue to maintain that I don't think he rose quite to that level, but he did at least prove me wrong. I was definitely amongst those saying fairly early in the season that I didn't see the upside or much room for growth, and he's at least shut me up in that regard. It's far from perfect but it's so much better than it was.
agree, especially since Qunn Meinerz didn't make the pro bowl. Absolutely crazy.

Apparently his did not get a ton of fan votes, so it's a coaches and players thing which is wild.
Harbaugh was spammin’ that vote button

Oh definitely, I find it really amusing how Bills fans keep shitting on every Bills player not named Allen to try to justify Allen winning MVP. I'm sure that all the Bills players are super thrilled about that. Also why did we discount Hurts' tush push TDs but are counting them for Allen

Guys who gives a fuck about the MVP? Win the SB. That's what matters. Winning another MVP and not winning the SB will make Lamar the most villainized player of all time. He'll forever be James Harden and a big joke (in the eyes of the media and every other team's fans).

For Lamar's sake and mental sanity, I hope he wins the whole thing this year. He needs it. We've seen that the outside noise very much does affect how Lamar plays. So on top of everything above, selfishly as Ravens fans, to see the best version of our team, we need a mentally unencumbered Lamar.

Yeah i think it's pretty egregious to have been selected as an alternate but he did show he can be a OG. I didn't think he could be a OG at all

Maybe our fans just voted for him to troll lol
While I'm happy for him and I can admit that he's improved, what I'm NOT gonna do is give him an apology like this guy is saying. If anything, motherfucker need to apologize to US.

Also how sweet a bowl would be. Knocking off Chargers... 1st Playoff loss(at home). Bills on the road in divisional. And Chiefs in AFCCG... would knock off every playoff demon to get us to the big game.

I've been wondering this for a few weeks now, but I only think we are going to replace left guard. Mekari although being a good pass blocker has been the week link on the line and is a free agent. I'd like to see him extended, but as a swing tackle. I just think he would prefer being a starter with another team, if he can get signed in fa.

He’s a better OT and a better C

It’s fine having 1 guard with some flaws - think the combo of Faalele and mekari is gonna get found out - but I think we can have a pretty dominant OL with Faalele if we replace mekari at LG

Did well enough to not be the worst OL in our starting 5

Yep. Turned out that Mekari is okay at best and the clear worst of the 5.

His floor and ceiling at guard are just so much lower than at the other 2 spots on the OL. He has a much higher floor at tackle and a much higher ceiling at C.

But he’s been fine. But would be seriously looking at an upgrade at LG in 2025. He’s killed us with penalties.

That's, in fact, very unpopular.

You cannot give MVP to a QB whose team is 8-8 and likely won't make a playoffs with 9-8.
